Getting Started
Kids Therapy Place provides services to children and adolescents of all ages in your home environment. We travel to you!
1. Complete the form below and we will contact you shortly to set up an initial evaluation in your home setting.

2. During your initial evaluation an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate your child to better understand the developmental level that your child currently presents at.
​
3. After the initial evaluation, the therapist will create a unique care plan that will include evidence-based goals in order to help your child reach their developmental milestones. The care plan will include frequency of visits and recommended duration of services.

4. Therapy begins! We will strive to make therapy sessions fun, educational and engaging for both the kids and parents.
